FLOAT & FOUND GLASS

A wonderful fusion of form and function is produced when inclusions of silver or gold leaf, copper wire, foil and metal micas are kiln fired between sheets of float glass. Coloured bottle glass can be crushed and added as decoration.

ART GLASS

Coloured art glass comes in sheets that can be cut to shape and placed on clear glass before being fused in the kiln. Crushed coloured glass (frit) or inclusions are then added as decoration.

DICHROIC GLASS

Created to transmit one colour while reflecting another dichroic is one of the most expensive glasses and is sold by the ounce! It is ideal for jewellery or as highlights on larger fusing projects.
